DRILLING AND WORKOVER RIGS SKYTOP BREWSTER RR400 WORKOVER RIG
DRILLING UNIT : IDECO H-44C Back-in Rambler type single drum drill and workover rig.
DEPTH RATING : 8500 ft. (2600m with 4 ½’’DP) for drilling and 18500 ft (5600 m.) for workover operation.
CARRIER : Basic drilling components such as; Drawworks, Cathead, two engines.As prime mover, transmission and air compressor are mounted on ÝDECO BÝR 7515 carrier with triple front and triple rear axles.Auxillary components like hydraulic reservoir, fuel tank, four hydraulic leveling jacks,Braden PD 12A hydraulic winch, folding walkways, stair, safety rails are also mounted on the carrier that has 18.00 x 22.50 front and 10.00 x 20.00 rear tyres.
MAST : IDECO model 112- 358 AH mast with rated hook load capacity of 343,000 lbs with 8 lines and 358,000 lbs with 10 lines. The mast is raised and scoped hydraulically by means of 2 each 3-stage hydraulic rams. 1-42”, 5 - 30” sheave crown block , double drill pipe and tubing board, 4’’ stand pipe . Racking capacity ( ft – m ) for 2 7/8’’ tubing (16,600 ft –5000m)
SUBSTRUCTURE : Main substructure and three additional substructers. Suitable to accomodate one annular and Double Ram type Blowout Preventer. Stack up type 360,000 lbs on Rotary Beams and 250,000 lbs setback. Flour height with aditional substructure from above ground level 4.75 m.
DRAWWORKS : Single drum Lebus grooved for 1 1/8” drilling wireline, and catshaft sandreel with 5 speeds. Spinner and Breakout Cathead Foster Model 36/24, pneumatically operated from Driller’s Console. ParmacV80 Hydromatic Brake.
ENGINES : 2 EACH 475 HP GM 12V-71 Detroit Diesel Engines; one has electrical start the other direct air start. Each engine is equipped with a separate torque converter and Allison transmission type CBLT-5860 MUD PUMP : Two National 7- P-50 triplex pump and with Hydrill Pulsation Dampener is rated for 500 HP at 165 SPM . It has a stroke length of 7 ¾ inches,and a maximum pressure rating of 5000 psi. Liners from 3 ½’’ ( 160 gpm ) – 6 ¼” (510 gpm ) are available to satisfy any out put requirments. Triplex pump powered by a 475 HP GM 12V-71 Detroit Diesel Engine.
MUD SYSTEM : Two mud tanks with app 500 bbls capacity each, total tank capacity 1000 bbls.First tank is equipped with a SWACO degasser , a seperate poorboy degasser, BRANDT desander, a SWECO desilter, a agitator and HUTCHÝSON double deck tandem shale shaker .Second tank is equipped with the two agitators and two hoppers.Two MÝSSÝON centrifugal mud pumps 5”x6”, each powered by 75 hp GM 3V–71 Detroit Diesel Engine.These charge pumps can also be used for preparation and mud mixing. CHOKE MANIFOLD: 5000 psi working pressure choke manifold with BARTON valves and two adjustable chokes with buffer. GENERATORS : Two CAT 3306 / SR4 generators each 135 KW and Control Panels. COMPRESSORS : Two each one TAMSAN model TAMKO 2400 , 25 HP and 2400 lt / min, other Lister Diesel with 2 cylinder motor.
BATCH MIXER : Skid mounted 50 bbls capacity Batch Mixer tank is equipped with a a agitator, a hopper and electrical activated centrifugal pump. Tank can also be used for cement preparation and cement mixer. ROTARY EQUIP : IDECO LR- 20 ½”Rotary Table , IDECO Shorty Travelling Block with 160 tons capacity and ÝDECO TL–200 Swivel 200 ton capacity , 4 ¼” Varco Square Kelly and Rotary Drive Bushing , 4” Rotary House , Upper Kelly Valve and inside BOP . LIGHTING SYS. : Ex-proof rig lighting system for sufficient 24 hours drilling and workover operations and camp area. DRILL STRING : 6500 ft Drill Pipe 4 ½” XH Grade E . 12 Pieces of 6 ¼” x 2 ¼” Drill Collar , 2 pieces 81/2’’ String Stabilizers and one Nearbit Stabilizer Casing, DP, DC, Slip Spider, Slips, Elevators and Handling Tools with various subs. The control panel has one aýr valve to control dýrectýonand speed , one aýr valve for power unýt engýne speed and a calýbrated torque gage for torque ýndýcatýon ýn ft/lbs . BOP : 11” HYDRILL GK 5000 psi Annular type Preventer or 11” SHAFFER 3000 psi Ram Type Preventer. GENERATOR : CAT-3306 Genset (180 KW) and Junction Boxes type RVS-1. DRAWWORKS : TF-38 type drawworks rated input power of 2000 HP. Wireline pulling force 38 tons with 1 3/8” wireline. Hydromatic brake size 60 inches. Number of speed 4 forward and 2 reverse. PRIME MOVER : 4 Mercedes MB 820 diesel engines, each with a power of 670 HP, complete with 3 ea. “CHC-750-2” torque converters and 3 section compound transmission. The drawworks, Cathead, Rotary Table and both Mud Pumps are driven through Prime Mover and Compound Transmission. MAST : MA-320 type mast; static load capacity; 320 tons (705,000 Ibs) with 10 lines. Mast clear height: 43.5 meters (143 ft). Racking capacity : 6200m. (23,340 ft) of 4 ½” Drillpipe. SUBSTRUCTURE : Working platform height from ground: 6.7 meters (22 ft). The clear height under the rotary table beams for BOP’s: 5.5 meters (18 ft). MUD PUMP : Two Mud Pumps, type 2 PN-1258 both powered by prime mover through compound transmission. Rated power at drive shaft: 1250 HP max Liner size 8” with 16” stroke. Capacity: 814 gpm (8” liner) at 65 spm with max discharge pressure of 5145 psi (5 ¾” liner MUD SYSTEM : Four Mud Tanks; each tank 250 bbls (40 m3) capacity, sand trap 165 bbls (26 m3) , total active pit volume 1165 bbls. Water tank 315 bbls (50 m3), Fuel Tank 250 bbls (40 m3), Degasser, Desilter and Desander. All of the Mud Tanks are equipped with agitators and mud guns. TRAVELLING & : 6 Sheave Crown Block GF-400 with 400 ton working load, 5 sheave Hook ROTARY SYSTEM Block MC-400 with 400 ton working load, Rotary Table MRL-275 (27 ½” opening) and Rotary Table Transmission, Swivel CH-400 with 400 ton working load, two sets air spinners.
